" I am writing to congratulate you on the great success we have had with the DreamSuite in our stadium. The response we have received from the DreamSuite has far exceeded our expectations as they have become the most coveted seats in Shea Stadium. It is truly amazing to us how you took unused corners of the stadium and turned them into eye catching, revenue creating seating.

We never could have imagined what a wonderful program we were joining when you came to us with the idea two years ago. Initially, we didn't feel this could be done and we went into the partnership with some hesitation. Last year when we had five seats in each suite the fans begged for more, so we upgraded to sixteen in each suite and the demand has only gone up. Next year it looks as if we will be adding more DreamSuite sections to try and satisfy the demand of our fans.

The sightlines from the DreamSuites are among the best in the stadium, and you never miss a play with the televisions right in front of you. I have personally sat in the seats and must tell you that there is nothing else like it in sports today. The job you have done maintaining the box has been great just as you promised. When we entered into this agreement you promised a lot, and have followed through on everything.
